We can ship your mattress for free compressed in a triple-reinforced box to anywhere in the Canada. However, due to weight, our King Pillow-Top and California King Pillow-Top sizes cannot ship via FedEx® — our standard service for free shipping. For these instances, our shipping partner, North American Freight Group, provides "doorstep" (aka "threshold") delivery services.

Please note: while the industry's generic term is "doorstep," the mattress carton will be placed adjacent to your front door. Or, if there are stairs, at the bottom of the stairs.

Keep in mind that natural mattresses like Avocado's can be heavy. If you would like assistance moving your new mattress, we offer in-home delivery starting at $249 per order. Our service partners will contact you directly to schedule a time to deliver your mattress within a 4-hour window. Please note: Your mattress will still arrive compressed in a box in order to facilitate easier moving up stairwells and around corners. Unfortunately, our service partners are unable to remove old mattresses at this time.
