For Orders Canceled After They Have Shipped or Returned to Sender
You may cancel any order before your order is shipped, and you will receive a complete refund. Once your item has shipped, your order cannot be canceled; it will be considered a return and subject to return trial requirements and return fees (15% cancellation fee). Shipping fees are non-refundable since Avocado incurs round-trip shipping fees as a result. This also applies to any product "returned to sender" with any shipping partner.
